How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent tree provider in our network. Arttherefore Tree Service makes the introduction. The provider gives the advice, the quote and the service.
This page has no staff list because the work is not done by Arttherefore Tree Service. Your contact is the provider's own business.
What Happens on the Call
1. You describe the tree and where it stands. 2. You mention anything nearby: roofs, wires, fences, vehicles. 3. You say if the tree is down, leaning or still upright. 4. The provider tells you what they can do and when they may be available. 5. They often arrange a site visit to give a written quote.
Request a callback to check provider availability. Timing depends on the provider and the weather.
What to Ask a Provider
Keep this list handy:
- Are you insured? Can I see proof?
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
- Does the price cover cleanup and wood removal?
- Is stump grinding included, or separate?
- How will you protect my lawn, roof and fences?
- Who handles permits, if my town requires one?
Term to know: fell means cutting a tree down in one piece. Sectioning means removing it in parts, which is common near homes.
If a Tree Has Already Fallen
Stay calm. Keep everyone away from the tree and from any wires. Treat downed lines as live. Take photos from a safe distance. Then contact a provider. This is your calm first hour.
You Are in Control
You can ask questions, compare quotes and say no. There is no obligation. A written quote first protects you.
Take your time reading each quote. A careful provider will not rush you, and you can ask the same question twice if an answer is unclear.
