How to Make a Complaint

Arttherefore Tree Service wants every homeowner who gets in touch to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

• Your experience when calling or contacting Arttherefore Tree Service
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Note that Arttherefore Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@arttherefore.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.
