Disclaimer for arttherefore.garden

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before you use arttherefore.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Arttherefore Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. An independent provider does any work on your property, never Arttherefore Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Providers answer for their own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Only

The content on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

Insurance

What this website says about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your own coverage.

Safety

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep clear of downed lines and notify your utility company. If life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Arttherefore Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it contains no errors.
